D.I.Y. Homemade Coconut Plum Body Conditioner

A simple and effective weekly treatment to heal the body, this homemade body conditioner soothes dry skin, relieves irritation, prevents premature aging, and deeply nourishes tissues.
Coconut oil naturally contains lauric acid, which fights free radicals and slows down the aging process. Honey is a well-known antibacterial aid ~ the enzymes speed up the healing process of wounds and bind moisture to keep skin hydrated. Plums are a wonderful antioxidant, rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that feed and replenish skin’s tissues.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 plum, peeled, pitted, and mashed
Directions
Whip honey and coconut oil by hand until you’ve created a lightweight, creamy body conditioner. Fold in mashed plum.
