Denmo Ibrahim

Ayurvedic Educator, Certified Massage Therapist, Founder & CEO
Denmo began Earthbody as a small independant private practice in 2007.  Through word of mouth and transformative client experiences, Earthody grew into an organic day spa for healing.  Her sessions weave intuition with years of training in bodywork, anatomy, and healing modalities. Denmo is a graduate of the World School of Holistic Healing, the San Francisco School of Massage and holds an MFA in movement from Naropa University.  She has studied intensively with Bonnie Banbridge Cohen, founder of Body Mind Centering. Her sessions weave in Trigger Point Therapy, Body Mind Centering, Deep Tissue, and connective tissue unwinding.  Denmo is a deep believer in the ways we can heal and loves to support a client's personal growth.

Scarlet (Keely) Astrid

Certified Massage Therapist
Scarlet's background resides in movement arts. Having been a dancer for over 20 years, she was led to the path of healing arts as a way to embody a more holistic approach to self care. While at school, she developed a deeper understanding of the body and it's many layers. After 1000 hours of coursework, Scarlet graduated from Mueller College in 2007 as a Holistic Health Practitioner. While giving bodywork, she really takes into account the clients needs in order to develop a personalized, whole body approach to each session. Using a combination of myofascial, trigger point release, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy work, Scarlet's grounding touch flows continuously over the body, allowing muscle tension to release, stress to melt away, and breath to return to an even state. She creates a quiet, safe space to listen to the body and observe subtle shifts within, which in turn, permits the client to completely release into peace and relaxation. Scarlet finds great fulfillment in being a facilitator for this connective process and hopes that each individual will receive exactly what they need and be able to experience that sense of grounding balance in all areas of life.

Veronica Encinas

Esthetician
My journey into the body begun over 10 years ago, while studying foot reflexology in Singapore in 2000, my time in South East Asia had a tremendous impact on my exploration of the healing arts and working with the human condition through physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Returning to the United States, I began studying Yoga, becoming a certified yoga teacher from the Nosara Yoga Institute in 2007.

A recent graduate of California Institute of Integral Studies, I hold a Masters in Somatic Psychology. Working as a somatic counselor at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy- a body-oriented psychotherapy clinic, I specialize in Trauma Recovery, Anxiety and Self-Empowerment, while integrating BCST with Relational Therapy.

I began studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy 3 years ago, which has had and continues to have the most significant impact on all my work. As an Esthetician I am grounded in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which is a gentle and subtle approach to working with whole body. While I absolutely love working with the face through healing facial treatments, I hold true that BCST works with the core of Our Being. I love giving relaxing facials that work with the full spectrum of wellness. Essentially working with the physical, Emotional and Spiritual bodies, through effective techniques that improve ones skin, and potentially improving health all round. I am currently facilitating workshops in sound and movement therapy, as I work towards my Marriage and Family License.
