Keely Campbell

Keely's background resides in movement arts. Having been a dancer for over 20 years, she was led to the path of healing arts as a way to embody a more holistic approach to self care. While at school, she developed a deeper understanding of the body and it's many layers. After 1000 hours of coursework, Keely graduated from Mueller College in 2007 as a Holistic Health Practitioner. While giving bodywork, she really takes into account the clients needs in order to develop a personalized, whole body approach to each session. Using a combination of myofascial, trigger point release, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy work, Keely's grounding touch flows continuously over the body, allowing muscle tension to release, stress to melt away, and breath to return to an even state. She creates a quiet, safe space to listen to the body and observe subtle shifts within, which in turn, permits the client to completely release into peace and relaxation. Keely finds great fulfillment in being a facilitator for this connective process and hopes that each individual will receive exactly what they need and be able to experience that sense of grounding balance in all areas of life.
