The Fruition of Surrendering
We've officially entered Gratitude Week at EB as Thanksgiving rolls in this Thursday. Still plenty of time to look ahead into 2011 and articulate our glorious intentions to the universe for how to live and love fully. Did you know that you could have everything you've ever desired? It's true. There is a price, however, as with all things of value.
You can have everything you've ever dreamed of -- happiness, love, health, wealth, laughter, friendship, family -- what is it you want? Do you even know? Think upon it. In fact, make a list. I dare you. If you if you can't say it, you can't have it. When you are ready to seize your power, take what's yours, and shower yourself in all the fruits this life has to offer -- the universe will ask for an offering.
I believe the universe morphs, responds, bends to how we choose to live our lives. And so, it may come that you should pay the universe up front for your key to glory. The cost of the golden ticket?
Have You Asked Yourself?
Inspired by The Spiritual Teachings of Ramana Maharshi
One teeny tiny question. One simple question at the root of it all. A timeless question to open our eyes, to begin the journey, to reinvigorate the journey, to find the truth, to deliver to you what has always been missing, the "something" missing thing. You don't need a stack of books to answer it. You don't need to travel around the world and find a guru to answer it for you. Surrounding yourself with things and objects and desires won't make it any more evident. Take note: You won't wake up one day with a definitive answer. You won't find a map with an X on the spot-it's not necessary.
WHAT IS YOUR DOSHA?
Circle these answers based on the state of your natural being throughout your life. If more than one answer is true, select both. Add up the totals for each v, p, and k at the end. The test will tell you if you are Vata, Pitta, Kapha or any combination of the three.
1. Physique
v) I am a slender person and I hardly gain weight
p) I am medium build
k) I am well built and I gain weight no matter what I do

Ever heard of Kitchari? Well, it's my favorite food ever - super easy to make, filling without being heavy, healing, and balancing for all constitutions. It's easy on the digestive system, which means that if your energy isn't being spent processing your food, then you have more enegery to process other things like love, life, and liberty!
My friends, I present to you a recipe for healing. Do this. It's awesome. You'll need:
