Have You Asked Yourself?

One teeny tiny question. One simple question at the root of it all. A timeless question to open our eyes, to begin the journey, to reinvigorate the journey, to find the truth, to deliver to you what has always been missing, the “something” missing thing. You don’t need a stack of books to answer it. You don’t need to travel around the world and find a guru to answer it for you. Surrounding yourself with things and objects and desires won’t make it any more evident. Take note:  You won’t wake up one day with a definitive answer. You won’t find a map with an X on the spot-it’s not necessary.

Others may not understand your question. You don’t need them to understand. Others may challenge the necessity of your question.  There is no need to explain.

When you typically ask a question you inevitably expect an answer in reply, correct?  There will likely never be an answer to the most important question we should ask ourselves but in moving forward toward the answer is the space where your authenticity will shine.  You will need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You will need to know that happiness will come as truth is revealed. You need to know that the question has been asked by many before you and will likely be asked for eternity. This will be the most important question in your life.   Who. Am. I.

Sit with it, in it, struggle with it, rejoice with it, grieve with it, most of all embrace it.
