For fast relief, learn secret points used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to relieve all sorts of persistent aches of the head.

When working with pressure points, remember the 3 Bs:

•    Be exact.
•    Be still.
•    Be patient.

On each point, press gently inward and slightly up. Hold each point for 2–3 minutes as you breathe in fully. This is an excellent way to reset the body.*

*Women who are pregnant should consult their physician before stimulating these pressure points.
